Robin Hotchkiss In Our Collection

Hotchkiss Grouping

Robin HotchkissRobin Hotchkiss died yesterday after a prolonged illness. She was an artist of marvelous wit, the owner of the Salon Des Amis Gallery in Malvern, PA, and a good friend to many local artists, including many members of the Philadelphia Dumpster Divers, myself included. Here’s just a few of her many works, which my wife, Betsy Alexander, and I feel honored to have in our collection.

    Those are so great.

  • She was a dear friend many years ago. Talented, imaginative, and devoted to her friends.

Burnell, Sorry to hear this sad news. She was a force of nature, with great spirit, wit, and generosity.

Such sad news. Back in the day – Moore College of Art in the 70’s and after…Robyn was the Light. She was exceptional at what she made and packed more fun into her life than all of her classmates combined. A favorite Robyn memory – We hosted a “Weird Shoe” Party together. I still have the pictures. Thank you for recognizing her greatness.

I will miss Robin and may she rest in Peace. She was a great friend to me and good soul. I know she is at peace now and God Bless. Drew

  • A very old friend. I can’t imagine this world without her. Funeral this Friday at St. Peters Church.
